Carl Streicher

Carl Streicher has over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, helping more than 2,500 families achieve their dream of homeownership. He adopts a "hyper-local" approach to lending, providing a higher level of knowledge and education that  enables clients to make confident financing decisions. He, uses technology platforms but also values face-to-face meetings to tailor solutions for specific needs. A Carlsbad resident since 1990, Carl has been actively involved in the community by volunteering as a youth sports coach, participating in the local St. Patrick Catholic Church, and being a member of the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce. Carl and his wife enjoy their leisure time on the beach, boating, wine tasting, paddleboarding, and biking.
